Update for research participants who wish their data to be deleted

The PROPHETS project (an H2020 project supported by the European Union, Grant Agreement No.786894) fully complies with its obligations in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, including the participants’ „right to withdraw consent at any time“ in accordance with Art. 13 2.(c) and in conjunction with Art. 17 1.(b).

In case you participated in a research activity of PROPHETS and had your data collected but wish such data to be deleted, please contact the Data Protection Officer of the Hochschule für den öffentlichen Dienst in Bayern’s Department of Policing (the project‘s coordinator) whose contact details are as follows:

Please indicate which research activity you participated in so that your request can be successfully processed. Your request will be forwarded immediately to the Data Protection Officers that are in charge of overseeing the relevant research activity. Your data will be deleted as soon as possible.

Please indicate as well if you wish to receive further information on the technical process of deleting your data. Such further requests will also be forwarded immediately to the Data Protection Officer that is in charge of overseeing the relevant research activity.
